Earned Value Management systems (EVMS)
...Tight grip on projects present and future outcome
The EVMS processes incorporate best practices for program and
project management systems that require strong applications for
program or enterprise planning and control. The process include
integration of program scope, schedule, and cost objectives,
establishment of a baseline plan for accomplishment of program
objectives and use of earned-value techniques for performance
measurement during the execution of a program. EVMS provides a
solid platform for risk identification, corrective actions, and
management re-planning as may be required over the life of a
project or program.
Prerequisite
The participants should have a working knowledge of general project
management principles and some familiarity with the concepts of
project status and progress reporting.
